I’m a third generation restaurant owner in Palani. When we had to make some structural changes and remodel our building (which has stood the test of time since 1939), we wanted to retain that old-world charm while also making the space efficient for modern use equipped with modern amenities. Working with Beaver was a very pleasant experience because the delivery of project was done in record time as promised, making sure that our business operations did not come to a stand-still. Very happy with the work and quality of construction too

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Beaver Construction Company from both my father as well as my father-in-law who have both worked with the organisation. When we wanted to purchase a new apartment, we were particular to go through Beaver Construction and we’ve purchased a wonderful apartment in Adyar, that we continue to live out of. To all Landlords and to everyone looking for a joint development partner my honest recommendation is going to be Beaver Construction Company. Beaver Construction is the only reliable, consistent brand for everyone who owns property in Chennai.

In October 2022, when I wanted to sell my property, I had 3 problems:

1. Rumours of road-widening from the CMDA and other builders
2. The unfortunate demise of my husband which meant that my children too became legal heirs to the property making it a minor property
3. Age-old tenants who had set up their businesses on our property and were reluctant to leave

We wanted a builder and a promoter of who was technically proficient and financially strong. We started talking to Beaver Construction Company and we were amazed by their approach to the whole situation. Their strong technical expertise made them competent to deal with various government agencies, clearing all confusions and rumours about the feasibility of this project.Their clarity in transaction and professional conduct made us extremely comfortable, also helping us reason with the existing tenants.They delivered what they said, on-time, every time and took a collaborative approach, making sure that I got what I wanted for my residence while also analysing the technical feasibilities. Today, I am proud to live in Beaver’s Saroja Enclave, with my extended family also choosing to retain their units and live with us.
